Cancellation & "No Show" Policy
Please know that we understand life happens and situations arise where there is a need to cancel your appointment. Several of our services require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but will be used towards the cost of your service. However, if you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with in 48 hours or you "no show" for your scheduled appointment you will lose your deposit.
*You will need to pay another deposit to reschedule.
If you are a membership client, or have an already paid package or service, you are still subject to this policy.
If you schedule a service, pay a deposit and then decide you do not want that particular service, you will have a credit towards a different service as long as the above policy has been maintained.
