We are a premiere Skin Clinic located in the heart of Historic Kennedale.
We recently won the GOLD for People's Choice BEST in DFW by the Dallas Morning News for 2021.
Megan Burns, owner and operator of Lavish Beauty & Skin Bar moved her business from Arlington to Kennedale in February of 2020. Lavish Beauty & Skin Bar was originally founded in 2018. Megan is a Licensed Aesthetician, Nurse, & Advanced EMT. Megan spent 24 years in various areas of healthcare prior to opening Lavish. Her Hallmarks are Skin Revision & Oxygen Treatments.
